Cardio options with SPD?

G'day I'm 28-ish weeks with baby #4 and have SPD. I have the 10 minute solutions prenatal pilates and element prenatal yoga dvds and generally do 30-60 minutes of one or both a day. I can't lift my feet off the ground in the hands/knees position or do some of the deeper stretches so I just modify. I can't walk for exercise or use a bike and the pool is also not an accessible option, so I kinda assumed cardio was out but after rediscovering mfp I wondered if anybody had any suggestions? I'm getting abit bored :)

I've seen punches (seated or standing) used for cardio?
  • I use the Leslie Sansone 5 miles walking video. It's in my living room, and get a good heart rate going for about an hour :) You can find them on youtube :)
  • Do you have one of those girdle-like things to help with the pain?

I would look into yoga. Low impact and it helps with stretching.
