    I used to do just this, getting weight on a Wednesday but, (and here comes the excuse) I changed my job and was no longer to follow my routine of getting weighed on a Wednesday.
    Although I have scales in my bathroom, physically making the effort to go to my local boots store to use the scales there seem to keep my momentum up, and the weigh going down.
    Within weeks of me not been able to do this I stopped counting and stopped logging in. It took a while but every ounce I had lost was back.
    After few false starts im ready to go, The scales in the bathroom will just have to do.
    But as luck would have it I have every Wednesday off work this month, so a promising start.
    I really hope this time will be different, ive had my app for some time and this is the fist time ive looked at the groups and posts.

    Hi all! This is just what I needed; I tend to weigh myself multiple times a day, and nothing is more frustrating than seeing a 4 lb fluctuation in 20 minutes (seriously, what is up with that?)! Here's hoping we all have great Wednesdays!

    Hey! Me too! I need a little more pressure and motivation and I think this will be a great addition to my quest to lose weight.
  • I just found My Fitness Pal on January 1st. and joined so I'm really new at this. Glad I also found this group.. I think it should help me stay on track and add a bit of pressure that I need.
  • I just added some pictures of myself currently. I can't wait to do progress pictures!
  • Under the heading that says "Message Boards >> Wednesday Weigh In!! >> you will see a tab the says "settings" click on that and there will be way to add that scale that says how much you have lost. Hope that helps.
