(comes back in 1 week and takes 2 to get rid of) I got a weekend trip coming up with a visit to a restaurant we love so next week may be a different story. Just in case anyone else reports... I stayed the same. Very happy about that, I was afraid I would see another gain.

did you know of the 124 member that started this group 92 are inative, some for longer than other but only 32 people are green. Any way my weight loss for this week is 0 lb, i had put a few on by the weekend but havent got beyond yet.
Hey. How've you done this week? for me no change. bit to much birthday cake and no exercise as I've been ill. so im happy with that.

Gained 1.5 I knew 2 pounds was too big a loss last week to last.:noway:
Lost 2 pounds! :bigsmile: I suspect most of this 2 pounds is water weight. I'll just be happy with the loss for now and hope it is not back next week..
