back down to my lowest of 212 yeah, but bet at least one up tommorrow again. im like a humming bird just hovering.
thats what i say every day starts at the begining and as long as you stick to the journey you will be there in the end.
im now comfortably in next size down, which im happy with. obviuosly with some fluctation in styles and shops.
on holiday next week so wont be able to weigh in but should be able to check in0
