Not too surprised. Haven't had a normal week by any stretch! TOM and
have had 3-5 grandkids for 6 of the laast 7 days, only got to exercise 1 day. Now were snowed in, around a foot, below 0 temps and 30-40 below wind chills. Looking forwar to Wednesday when things will get better and I can get out again! Expecting a better number next week.0 -
I have now also lost >100 lbs since I joined MFP in April 2013. Aiming to keep this up next week.

OK, this is a bit crazy. I was at an inexplicable plateau for the month of December . . . this week I had an equally inexplicable free-fall. The good news is that I smashed through my goal weight for the X-Mas Challenge.

I have now also lost >100 lbs since I joined MFP in April 2013. Aiming to keep this up next week.
Here's what I decided to do: since I obviously did not lose all that weight in the past week, I just adjusted my starting weight so that my one-week weight loss is 2 lbs - which is more reasonable. My new chart looks like this:

a gain of 1.2 lbs this week. which is okay for me. yesterday was my first day back to logging after the holidays, so this is more of a starting weight in my mind. hopefully I'll see it go the opposite direction next week!0 -

No wonder its near impossible to do stuff like this alone, at home, not accountable to anyone.
I had an attrition rate of 100% every week when I started again doing it that way.
Thanks for the additional motivation mulecanter ... I hope it motivates us to improve it.
