    Good title!

    No walking to work today -- my dog and I have to take the car (-2 this morning).


    Goals are still in the 50s today.
    50 biceps curls: 20

    My abs and shoulders are trashed from martial arts last night. Idk what my Sifu did to me but i'm actually dead. I still have legs though! So i'll shoot for that. On an up note...............doing all this work in the office has really helped my fitness. I'm able to do more squats, pushups, lunges etc. It's really great. Thank for all the motivation guys :)

    I do appreciate everyone working so hard.. It motivates me.
    It also has let me grow hair again at my age.. I use to have blonde hair but now its dark.

    I'm trying to do a mix of jumping and standing squats. Ugh all the pain. And i'm planning on hitting the gym today. Or dying.......we'll see lolz. This group is so baller. Thank you guys!

    Tenacious: not easily stopped

    synonyms: strong, forceful, powerful

    I kicked butt with 14 minutes of shovels, stokes, swings, tucks, churns, chops, hammers, flips, steering, boxing, kicks, and thrusts.

    You all are awesomely tenacious!! However, I've been a little weak and lethargic this week, but I'm hoping that next week will be better. Watch out!!

    Now I'm off for two days of work related vacation/seminars at the Dead Sea with DH.

    We'll also be celebrating our 22nd Wedding Anniversary there - this year I get to say that I've been with DH for half my life. :)
