C25K Daily Challenge

We don't do many challenges here in C25K, because what you are already doing is a challenge itself. But I have a special daily challenge today. And this goes for everyone, those still doing the C25K program and the mentors who are still here offering support.

Today's challenge:

Commit 15 minutes to stretching. You can do it whenever you can fit it in. When you see this, after your run, or this evening. But 15 minutes to stretching. Yoga will be an okay alternative to traditional stretching if you want. Don't know where to start? Here is a simple Runner's Stretch routine you can follow:
