Chocolate...

When you just NEED something chocolate, what do you eat? I'll have like a fun sized kit kat but i'm looking to cut out even that. any suggestions/easy recipes?

  • I like the dove chocolates cause they're full of flavor and you can eat one and be satisfied.

    Sounds like you like crunchy chocolate though. have you tried chocolate covered pretzels?

    I love chocolate... probably too much! What about a chocolate chip granola bar or protein bar? Fun sized chocolate bars really aren't too bad in moderation!

    I second the chocolate covered pretzels! Those are my favorite and about 180 calories for 11 pieces. I wouldn't cut chocolate out completely, but just try to eat it in moderation. I also like the dark chocolate covered pomegranates made by Brookside. Or if you want a healthier alternative, you can try blending up chocolate protein, milk, and a tablespoon of peanut butter. It ends up tasting like reese's peanut butter cups.
