Which p90x program will you be tackling for the next 3 months??? I will be doing p90x3, which also has 4 different calendars...so if you are doing p90x3 which schedule will you be following. Lean, mass, muscle, doubles. I was thinking classic but have been doing doubles for the last few days because i haven't been able to make it to the gym this break and its been alright. usually a slower yoga type one is paired with a harder one so its been nice. I might not be able to keep it up but just letting you know if you have the TIME, its not so bad. but the single 30 minute workouts are GREAT. I just did cvx and burned 542 calories in only 30 minutes. thats pretty nice

P90X2. Just finished day 4, X2 Total Body & X2 Ab Ripper. Total Body was an absolute, total beast. I haven't paused that much since my first round of P90X. I wasn't sure I was going to be able to finish it.
I had to take a couple of breaks during Ab Ripper, too.
A little about my beachbody program experience:
I'm 5'5", and 33 years old. When I started, I weighed 177 pounds. Since December 27, 2012, I've completed two rounds of P90X Classic, one round of a P90X/Insanity Hybrid, and the first phase of another hybrid round.
I'm now 147 pounds, and you can check out my results by looking at my profile pics.
I thought I was in shape, but geez, the addition of all the balance work in X2 makes my core BURN.
Totally psyched about the program. Can't wait until tomorrow0 -
glad to have you, and to hear what the other workouts are like.0

I tried P90X when it first came out and I'd try to push through the workouts and end up so sore I didn't keep it up. With two very small children at the time I also didn't have the time for the workouts.
I have been doing Les Mills Combat off and on and really enjoy it. It makes me want a heavy bag to beat on for sure.
This time I'm doing the classic schedule. Other than swapping out The Challenge for something else for the first 2 weeks (since I can't do a pull-up or push-up yet) it's been great.0
