I am on day 3 of week 1. I was wondering if there is a way to automatically send the exercise from the C25k app to my dairy on MFP?

The C25K app by Zen Labs can be connected to MFP and it will automatically log your calories burned. I think that's the only one though.

I use the RunDouble app, it links automatically.

I use Zen Labs and it works fine every time. When you finish with your C25K workout and it gives you that final screen, there are 3 icons at the bottom: Facebook, Twitter, and MFP. Make sure it's says you're logged in so when you hit the "send" button in the top right corner it logs your calories.

Runkeeper and Endomondo both synch to MFP as well

If for some reason it doesn't log it into MFP, you can just do a generic entry with 100 calories per mile done (that is the basic runner's formula).
