    10 degrees here, much better than minus 2. I'll walk my dog later today when it gets into the low 20s.

    Hey Everyone! Yeah it's getting a bit warmer here..........not by much. 20s later on. Hate the cold.

    Hitting the gym after a long time later tonight. I couldnt lift yesterday. I couldn't really do much :( At least I did a bit of legs though!

    I was just thinking how can we attract some new people that post on the board.. It seems a lot of people join the group but
    never participate.. any suggestions? I tried the male model and that got a couple of people, but they have left.

    Right here, Panda! Slaving away at work.... just back from the freezing stairwell where we have no heat..... that's where I do my push ups.

    No ideas, sims.... I'll post something tonight in the forum.

    Believe it or not, the photo of my dog attracts billions of people (most of them own dogs, but hey).

    I'll post a challenge tonight.... come up with some ideas..... 50 squats a day at work or something.

    I have been having a really hard time getting back in to the "I'm at work, need to get up and move" mode. I like the new name though! Lots of moving by the rest of you!
