Hey Everyone! Yeah it's getting a bit warmer here..........not by much. 20s later on. Hate the cold.
Hitting the gym after a long time later tonight. I couldnt lift yesterday. I couldn't really do much At least I did a bit of legs though!

I was just thinking how can we attract some new people that post on the board.. It seems a lot of people join the group but
never participate.. any suggestions? I tried the male model and that got a couple of people, but they have left.

Right here, Panda! Slaving away at work.... just back from the freezing stairwell where we have no heat..... that's where I do my push ups.
