Bulletproof Exec Upgraded MCT oil ? Anyone use it ?

I usually use mct oil from amazon-NOW foods. Just getting ready to place another coffee order, was thinking of throwing mct oil in cart , let me know your experiences please

I bought it once. I didn't feel any different with it. It has a clearer appearance than NOW brand, but I don't know that that is meaningful.

I've ended up going back to coconut oil in my BPC. I kind of like the slight coconut flavor. I make BPC "fat packs" ahead of time (I can travel with these easily, and add it to any cup of coffee). When I used MCT, these are pretty soft, even when refrigerated. So for my purposes, the coconut oil worked better.

    Good luck!

Kira, that's what I planned on doing. Went totally off the keto wagon and put 10lbs on since Nov 17th! Not to mention my joints ache, I'm bloated and totally miss the general "wellness" , energetic good feelings of keto, though I'm not gonna lie, fudge and cookies were a good time ! And I know it made me realize how great this WOE truly is. So it's back to feelin like a rockstar for me....after I get over the keto flu I'll probably have later this week . Lol ! Mct, coconut oil, whatever it takes !

I feel it in my joints, too, since the holidays started and I ate more sugary carbage. So back on this WOE for me. I was also wondering about MCT oil, but can't get it easily in Japan, so will stick with coconut oil in my coffee. I keep a jar on my desk at work :).

I've just started using it. I like that it is basically tasteless (I take a tablespoon and swallow it). I had mixed coconut oil in my coffee, but get tired of seeing all of the residue I didn't end up eating. I'd rather know I got all of it in my belly (I also eat the butter). So now my routine is to drink a tablespoon of ketoforce, drink a tablespoon of BP MCT oil, eat a tablespoon of butter, and then drink my coffee black.

MCT oil is great, but the BP exec stuff is completely overpriced, imho. The claims that it's "~so much better for you for all these ~mystical secret reasons that we won't provide any independently-tested data on" set off my bullsh alarms louder than anything. If anyone here prefers it to other brands, that's their preference and I respect that. I'm just not inclined to feel the same way.
