So Shayla, how shall we go about using this discussion board? Weekly updates? Ensuring we all log our food daily? End of week weigh ins? Measurements? Rewards after each goal made?

So I think we should set attainable healthy goals for each week. Say `1-2 pounds at first and then maybe .5 each week. It may come off slower the closer we get to our goal. In my calendar on Mondays (usually when i weigh in) I set my reasonable weight...and then if i reach it i gift myself. Maybe its a pedicure...maybe its a skinny starbucks latte (cause right now its only black Americanos for me)...and then when you reach a bigger goal...say 5 pounds total. You go buy a nice top or shoes? I think rewards will help!0

LOL, yes, sorry about that. I've been only using my app, and I don't know how to post in here from my phone yet, but hopefully Rhea will teach me tonight!
I'm still figuring out what we can do w/ the group..........I defintely think it's a good place to post good recipes or things that are working for you........my goal is to lose 1.5lbs per week, so hopefully I'll accomplish that!0
