Hi everybody!! This is my day one!! I have quite a few pounds to lose so... my overall goal isn't the bikini body, but to just challenge myself to lose as much as possible during this 90 day journey. And if it works the way I'm hoping it does... then I'll do it again!!! And again!!! Until I get my beach body!!!1

If you go on her blog, youtube channel you can view her daily workouts. It's a 90 Workout Challenge with option to purchase meal plan ($10 per month). Today is Day 3 so you're not too late to join in! It's geared towards busy moms... I'm not a mom, just busy so it's easy to incorporate her plan into my schedule.0

I'm going to start the challenge on Monday. Excited to get started. I have a 9 month old baby and about 15-20 pounds to loose!0

I have a 3 month old baby and this is my first time doing anything like this. I'm hoping I can stick with it!
