Today is Agility X for me. This one is pretty fast paced cardio sports conditions drills. I've just finished t25 which is pretty much all sports condition drills, So I'm in comfortable surroundings on this one.

Just finished day two here...enjoyed Agility X. Definitely reminded my of Insanity and T25.0

I enjoyed AgilityX. For me it was far better than Insanity and T25 since I have weak Plantar Fascia on both my feet and while Agility X didn't cause any pain in my feet, Insanity/T25 gave me unbearable pain.
SO I think, Agility X is great for people with weak feet and knees.

I enjoyed Agility X. Maybe next time I can finish it! I'm not exactly the ideal candidate for this program but it's fun!0

I agree. I'm finishing up t25 and did insanity before that and its very similar. I nailed it! now the challenge.....ugg time to bring it0

its the beginning, no one should be professionals or why bother right? the guys in the video have been doing it for months already, and are the GOAL. so don't get discouraged and only look to better yourself from yesterday. taking video and pictures during is always helpful. you will see how much better you are getting and how fast your body will adapt. very motivational.0
