We're having an ice storm here this morning so no walks for me until afternoon.

75 granny push ups: 20
50 push ups on the stairs
5 planks

I LOVE the triceps dips.... they work my arms, I can make them more difficult by stretching out my legs, plus they will be great to do in the office next week. I went by the video posted above.0 -
