Happy Friday.. I will conquer these goals today!

Goals:
600 push ups
125
600 side to side twists----125
150 bicep curls 8#----150 winning
150 crunches----50
50 squats 16#----30

    Cool, sims, great goals!

    We're having an ice storm here this morning so no walks for me until afternoon.

    My goals today:
    75 biceps curls: 20
    75 granny push ups: 20
    50 push ups on the stairs
    5 planks

    I saw this triceps exercise on the forums and plan to try it today if I can find a stable chair (I don't have any chairs with arms):

    75 biceps curls #8 (all I have): 100 winning
    75 granny push ups: 85 winning
    50 push ups on the stairs: 30
    5 planks: 2
    50 squats: 50 winning!

    Icy storm is still going on, so I am stuck at home this morning. I hope I will be able to walk/trek out this afternoon and buy my books for classes that start on Monday.

    50 triceps dips: 50 winning

    I LOVE the triceps dips.... they work my arms, I can make them more difficult by stretching out my legs, plus they will be great to do in the office next week. I went by the video posted above.
