On June 23 the scale said 419. This morning, December 8, the scale said 298.

I cavorted.

I haven't been in the 200s since 2002 or so.

Still have 121 or so to go.

    I lost this group for a while,but thanks to pnece, I was abke to find you again. I had gotten down to 295 before Thanksgiving, but quit tracking my food and up I went again. Back on track again with recording food -which works well for me. We'll see how the next few weeks go.

    Thats great! Congrats! I only hope I can stay as focused and dedicated as you, I'm 12pounds away from being out of the 300's which I haven't been in atleast 2 years.
