Hey everybody!! Hows the work outs going?? Are they getting easier?? Are you starting to feel/see a differance??

I had to take a rest day yesterday I rolled my ankle trying to break one of my kids toys the other night while folding clothes.. I shall see how I feel once I get off work today..

I hope everybody's doing good.. Keep pushing play everyday!!

    I am not finding them easier but am noticing I FEEL carved out of wood and I am getting more toned. I haven't really been watching what I eat so much as there are still a lot of social engagements in my life atm.

    Two people asked me in the last week if I had recently lost weight - I haven't, although I have lost a couple of cm from my waist & belly - but I take that as an indicator I am looking tighter.

    So far, so awesome!

    I haven't found them easier at all but i have found i have been able to push myself harder and longer. I have lost around 5lbs since starting and feel like im stronger but it inst a very visual change

    I also haven't found the workouts easier but my stamina has improved. I haven't lost any weight, but I think I can see some more definition in my mid section. I haven't measured myself since I started the challenge, but I expect there will have been some changes.
