I posted yesterday about my W7D1 attempt. I went back at it today and I OWNED it! It wasn't exactly easy but it wasn't painfully hard either. The last two minutes I had to repeat a mantra to get me through, but I made it!

You guys were right. I just needed to try it again and have a little confidence in myself. W7D2 here I come!

    For me it's been getting easier each week (even as I increase the distances and have fewer breaks in between). Can't wait until I'm running in races.

    Ooooh that's a good one! The song that got me through the last 3 minutes was "Danger Zone" by Kenny Loggins. I need to download "Eye of the Tiger" and several others from any Rocky movie ever.
