I don't go to the gym on Saturday so took my little pooch Penny Lane to her favorite park and we walked/jogged (I promised her last night I would take her.....lol). It's nice and hilly there so it's a pretty good workout. Came home and did my stretches, situps, pushups, etc. The rest was easy peasy!0 -

Tomorrow = rough. Wine tasting. Birthday cake for friend - my own fault as I made it, As written, over 900 calories a slice (made my jaw drop). I made some modification and reduced the serving size (sorry, dear, low fat cream cheese in the frosting, a little less southern comfort and you get only 4 layers not 6) and brought it down to around 600. We shall see - back to Jazzercise tomorrow.0 -

I finding it easier to adjust my diet when my husband has the urge for for eating out. You almost always can find something that's healthy! It's been 3 weeks almost and slowly I'm aproaching my goal weight!0 -
