Week one is technically complete...I only put in 4 runs a week incase something comes up and I can't do all 5. But one more run tonight. What is everyone's total so far? 21.9 miles this week! Yay for mileage increases lol.0

I got my 3 runs in - total of 11.2 miles for the week for me.
I ran today & went to enter it but it's still on week 1.0 -
Usually run 5 per week but weather was so nice over the weekend had to advantage so ran this weekend for 6 runs this week. 31.94 miles.0

I'm so sorry. I did all my runs last week. I even toughed out a mile after running 5k to meet my goal. It didn't get logged
