It was very intense after CVX. I can't stretch my arms open fully anymore. Strangely enough, I'm proud of pushing through :-)
Burnt 270kcal and ready for the last day of week 1 today.
I went through the warrior very quickly, there are no repeat moves or sets. Some exercises are very reminiscent of P90x plyo. The strange variations on pushups (sphinx, elevator, thumbs up) were very hard for me but I was able to do 5-6 reps per exercise.
