I've started a blog article regarding my review of each of the workouts as I am completing them. Giving you an idea of what to expect, what equipment is needed or modifications I've made and how many calories burned.

    Woot! Woot! Week1 Day1 for me! Total Synergistics kicked my total body. 250cal burnt. Any one know a beginner shortcut for the "Flip Flop crunch"? I was able to wobble through only 2 on each side :(

    pull up a chair and start in the chip up position. You can use the chair for reg chin up and pull ups as well. just use one let as a guild to assist you...pull chair out aways each time to take more and more weight assist off for you to improve.

    that is awesome.. thanks for that.. it's just what i needed to read!

    just trying to figure out what exercise i can do in replace of chin ups/ pulls ups as i have no place to put a bar or the resistance bands with the hook up :(

    Do the LEAN schedule. it seems to take out the few videos that require a chin up bar :) good luck and have fun
