What range do you keep your carb's in?

    Hi! I customized mine to 20% carbs, 35% fat and 45% protein, and I am losing 3 - 4 lbs. week in Phase 1. Use Almond milk, only 30 calories, and low fat cheese and turkey and chicken, and lots of veggies. I drink fruit flavored waters and sodas, no calories, because I miss fruit! But I dont miss bread, pasta, etc. I am going wheat-free, and feel lots better. I am 58 years old and have lost 10 lbs.

    I'm not logging my food, but I know I'm averaging between 75-100 grams of carbs a day, all of them SB friendly choices.

    I'm not sure what my carb percentage is because I've started logging my food in my blog. Practicing a bit of intuitive eating as well!

    Hi when I lost me weight originally I changed my macros to 30% carbs 30% fat 40% protein however if found my fat usually sat at 40% as I'm a almond muncher ' I still lost 15 kg in 3 months all thanks to SBD love it :-)
