Its up to you. You can post on this thread every day if you want or keep track in a note book or word document and then at the end of the week post it. Whatever works for you best

Suggestion: Might be best to track the end of week progression. Otherwise you will have to go through everything post by post to keep tracks of how everyone is doing (might be too much and lose count that way).
On that note, is it from Sunday to Saturday and post on Sunday totals (with while reading new challenges) or is it Sunday to Saturday and post on Saturday?

I understand that, and its Sunday to Saturday its just I posted the challenges last night so it was up so everyone knew what to expect if they want to take part this week.....

Yea you just wouldnt count up the points for that day. Say you only do half of the challenge then you will only count those points for that day

All is going well here! I am keeping motivated and on track...that is a big thing for me!!! I seem to have plateaued after a year of losing weight but I think with the help of these groups and challenges, I may have just gotten past that plateau. I will know for sure on Monday, when I go weigh myself on a set of accurate scales.

As for your challenges, I love surprises...no limitations for me...so bring it on!!! LOL!!!

If some of these don't pertain to the challenge, just ignore them.

    1/12/14 Sunday

    Physical Challenges

Walking, 2.0 mph, slow pace = 56 minutes
Walking, 3.0 mph, mod. pace, walking dog = 31 minutes

    Health Challenges 10 c. water

Ultimate Challenge -10 points. My husband cooked today. He made an Itallian inspired dish with lots of veggies in it. My mother and husband ate it also. My children are grown and don't live with me any more, so it's just me and my husband. My mother eats my food also. She lives next door, so I took her some, too.

    1/13/14

    Physical Challenges

    No exercise

    Health Challenges 7 c. water

    Ultimate Challenge -10 points.

    1/14/14

    Physical Challenges

Walking, 2.0 mph, slow pace = 105 minutes
Cooking or food preparation = 75 minutes
Stationary bike, moderate effort (bicycling, cycling, biking) = 30 minutes

    Health Challenges 9 c. water

    Ultimate Challenge -10 points.

    1/15/14

    Physical Challenges

Cleaning, light, moderate effort = 10 minutes
    Mild stretching = 10 minutes

Trampolining = 60 minutes. I tumble on my trampoline believe it or not. Would tuck jumps, straddle jumps, back handsprings, front handsprings, roundoffs, and cartwheels count as calisthenics? It's gymnastics.

Cooking or food preparation = 180 minutes.

    Health Challenges 9 c. water

Ultimate Challenge -10 points. I cooked Shrimp Creole, which is very healthy. My mother and husband ate it also. My children are grown and don't live with me any more, so it's just me and my husband. My mother eats my food also. She lives next door, so I took her some, too.

    1/16/14

    Physical Challenges

Walking, 2.0 mph, slow pace = 70 minutes, Session I
Walking, 2.0 mph, slow pace = 90 minutes, Session II

    Health Challenges 7 c. water

    Ultimate Challenge -0 points.

MY LIMITATIONS: 2 knee surgeries on left knee, so I can't really run or jump on the ground for long. Scoliosis with other issues because of it prevents me from bending/hunching forward, like to do crunches type exercises. However, I can bend backwards (I'm weird that way. haha) I'm 60 years old, but I don't let that stop me most of the time. lol Y'all won't understand 'til you get older. Don't worry about accommodating me. If I'm not able to do a particular challenge, I'll just sit it out or modify it a bit.
