how long did it take for you to see results?

hiya, i'm just curious as to how long its taken/took you to see results in your stomach/face (or anywhere that bugged you) and at what weight? I started to attempting to lose weight in november 2013 and up until now i've only lost 7.5 lbs in about 3 months which has really annoyed me.

    That's going to depend on many factors.

    1) how over weight are you?
    2) What are your expectations of "seeing" results?

    If you are severly overweight, 7.5lbs might not be noticeable. But if I lost 7.5lbs in 3 months, it would be extremely noticeable. I'm 170lbs and about 18% bodyfat.

    i currently weigh about 183 lbs and i dont see a difference at all!
