It is mandatory that I do this today

600 push ups----100 so far
600 twists---100 so far
150 bicep culrs... 75 bicep curls

Kept it light as it might be busy today..
Thats my wife 10lbs heavier... all other pics are my daughter..
My wifes 52 and my daughter is 19.

    Great photo! Your wife is beautiful. You both look very fit and happy. I love the beach in the background.

    My college classes start again today after work, so will fit these in when I can.

    My goals:
    100 push ups on the stairs: 20
    100 granny push ups: 20
    Planks: 5
    Triceps dips, as many as I can: 20

    Hello All! I hope you had a wonderful weekend :) I took last Friday off to go get my girl and bring her home. :)
    Did a killer leg workout yesterday so i'm pretty sore. Arms and abs day then!

    40 tricep pushups
    100 tricep dips
    4 sets of abs
    4 planks

    The reason I put that pic up is because Chani and Hollis kept thinking my daughter was
    my wife... are they saying I need to exchange my wife for a newer model?

    LOL Sims! I just thought you were a sugar daddy like my husband! :) Your wife is gorgeous, and she makes you look like a rich man, so you better hold on to her! By the way, are you sporting 6 packs in that beach photo? Looks like it!

    Today my husband and I were able to get a hike in. We went up a steep mountain, got a real tushy workout, but the walk back around and down was pretty easy. The sun was setting fast so we had to make it short and sweet, a total of a 30 minute hike, with a view of the sunset on the lake.

    You asked about college. After my husband passed away a few years ago, I went back for a philosophy degree, but I'm an older person and have already covered a lot of that ground in my life, many times over. I discovered that I'm really interested in anthropology and world history, which are related (there's a degree called world studies). I love taking classes. I hope I can keep taking them for the rest of my life.

    100 push ups on the stairs: 60 (hard to fit in -- I have to leave the office to go to the stairwell)
    100 granny push ups: 120 winning
    5 Planks: 4
    Triceps dips, as many as I can: 125

    Hollis - it's great that you're going back to college. I graduated last May and I just want nothing to do with it now. I'm sure that'll change but it's great to hear you're enjoying going back to school!

    Hey, Panda. College is so much work, especially when you're a full time student, that you can feel completely fried out and need time to recover. Nevertheless, I love taking classes. It beats sitting on the couch watching TV!

    Hollis, I bet you could've taught the philosophy course. ;) I'm sorry to hear that you're a widow. Going back to school sounds healing and very healthy.

    I was getting straight As and a scholarship at Denver U when I dropped out of college to care for my newborn twins and two young children. I never went back and now all I can do is change diapers (on precious foster babies) for a living.

    It wouldn't matter if I got a degree now anyway, because I just can't seem to learn Hebrew well enough to talk to anyone (in hebrew) older than preschool age.

    So, it's just awesome what you are doing! After you get a degree in anthropology, surely you'll want to tour Israel! ;) If a relic is only several hundred years old, and not thousands of years old, we toss it to our kids to play with! LOL ;)

    Thanks, sims and chani8. Yes, I love going back to college. Touring Israel looking for some relics sound like a great idea! :-) And I'm sure both of you would be champions at anything you took on.

    Great job, gee and Panda. Gee, you're reminding me to drink more water. Panda, you're amazing with those triceps push ups and dips. I just learned how to do the dips and they are really working my arms.
