Day - 60 sit ups / 75 crunches / 40 leg raises / 50 second plank - DONE
Go it done early. The leg raises are getting harder & harder. Did 4 sets of 10. The sit ups I broke them up into 4 sets of 15. No problem with crunches or plank.
Let's keep it going!!!

OUCHIE!!, Day 13 done, WHEW! Leg raises are usually the easiest but Holy Mother of Pearl this morning! Still fighting through them without breaking them into sets but I don't think for much longer. Almost half way there ladies, let's do this!0

Nearly forgot them today! But at 11pm i have now completed day 13!! Whoop!
So close to half way! I have started these sorts of challenges so many times before and never got this far! proud of yself and everyone doing it with me! Thank you for keeping me going!0 -
