This weeks ten point challenge is a fun one- DANCE.

You can take a zumba class, use a YouTube video or just blast the tunes. As long as you are up and moving that's all that matters. Your dancing session should last at least 30 minutes.

You have until 11:59pm (est) to complete the challenge. Once you have finished the challenge reply to this thread! Allnwe need to know is that you completed the 30 minute requirement.
