I started a new challenge today:
For 21 days no:
soda, not even diet soda.
chips
chocolate
candy
white bread
fast food
cookies or biscuits
cakes, pastries, or muffins
Anyone else care to join.

Sounds good...
First day wasn't so bad. Today however, I am craving some crunchy chips or crackers... lol0 -
Hey I'm already doing this myself , I started yesterday. If you're craving something crunchy, I recommend granola or learn to make kale chips.0

Or you can also rry making your own chips with whole grain tortilla wraps cut them up in rectangular shapes use olove oil and pan fry them until they are crispy and after put a pinch of salt or your pefer seasoning!0
