So I was doing good for a while and Ive lost almost 20 lbs so far but only counted 10 on here.... Alot of days I dont got much motivation lately. I do get busy and then think oh wait well Im moving in general so Im still burning calories. But Im not getting those big calorie burns done. How do you all stay motivated to keep on going?

I do not know how, I just do.
Lately I been telling myself, "Why not?" and I cannot think of any reason of why I would not work out as best as I can and stay healthy (besides the cola) so I just do.

I do think of a couple goodies that will come of it, more energy, longer life (hopefully) and of course some "good times" with my lady.

Well I do think about it like that...I think its the winter day blues. When I was in FL over Christmas time I had no problem being more active in the warmer weather....So alot of the time its like ehh I dont wanna get up either im to cold to do so or get too busy and then Im like crap I forgot to do this or that

I live in Florida (Miami), must be why I take so much advantage of the workouts I do outdoor.

It took me awhile (years) to Finally be consistent. Wanting it bad enough and finding a program and time frame that I could be consistent with. I now workout with home DVD series and I Have to do it in the AM. I am Not a morning person but I don't have a choice. If its not done at 5:30am it won't be done in the evening. The kids stay up too late and I can't start a workout at 10pm, I'm too awake afterwards.
Having something you Like is a must, and then wanting it bad enough.

although, like the other poster, I still fight the soda bug. :( I apparently don't want That enough

I really like Leslie Sansone, shes so inspirational and keeps me motivated. I also like to do it early morning to early afternoon time. Ive done it as late as 830 til 9pm and usually takes me an hour to fall asleep. I did it yesterday and felt great. I decided to get up and get moving again. I never say I dont got time to do it cuz I do but some days life just gets to me. But up early today so plan on doing it soon
