What's a "sugary treat"?

I don't know if it's been addressed yet - but what will we consider a "sugary treat" for this challenge? Just wondering as I FINALLY printed out the stuff and looked it over.
My proposal would be something like cake/cookie/donut/etc. even if it fits in your calories - just because we will have that one day where we won't get points even if we do resist. The challenge is just that - a challenge. I don't know if I will get these points (Mrs Austin loves her sugar)...but I think it's worth striving for!
Please let me know if this has already been discussed and what the qualifications for a "sugary treat" are.
Thanks all and GOOD LUCK!!

If you like sugary stuff, I have a recipe I will post on here that's good. It's chocolate covered frozen bananas, but it's somewhat healthy and tastes exactly like ice cream, even though it's not. You can trick yourself!0

Ummm...yum! I use frozen bananas and blend them with a little coffee creamer or low fat half and half to make "ice cream". Can even fool my kids to think its soft serve.0

Copy/Paste that and it will take you to the frozen bananas! It's bananas, dark chocolate, and a little bit of peanut butter or almond butter. They are so good! And with the dark chocolate, I've found that eating just a few of them satisfies me!0
