Well skinny *****es, it's been 8 weeks. How did you do? I'm not at my goal, but I didn't expect to be. I'm a bit ahead of schedule on my loss so far, aiming to lose 1 lb a week. I was down 1.6 lbs this morning for a total loss of 11.2 lbs in 8 weeks. I hope those of you that are still with me had a great week and feel good…
Disappointing start to my week, I am up 0.8 since last week, but overall still down 9.6. I had a really good week actually, with the exception of yesterday, so I am sure it's just a temporary upswing, but still not what you want to see. Hopefully next week will be a big loss though :smile: How'd everyone else do?
