Down .8 lbs today. I'm reasonably happy with that since it's the day after the super bowl and I totally did whatever I wanted last night...hopefully I am weighing a little heavier today because of that and will have a really really good weigh in next week.

Total weight loss: 6.6 lbs
Current weight: 159 lbs
Goal weight: 140 lbs

    Ugh...I saw 153.3 this week...but I'm weighing in officially at 154.3 this morning. Maaaaaybe next week. In other news, I'm down a total of 5.6 pounds since starting this! Yay!!!

    149.8 - total loss 5 pounds since week 2 when I joined.

    The good: used logging calories to keep it all in check while eating out three times this week (and drinking some alcohol)
    The extra good: hubby surprised me with bluetooth earbuds for the gym - they are AWESOME...
    The amazing: My arm band fell off my arm at the gym Saturday before I got the new earbuds. Because my arm shrank, not because there was a problem with the band - YES YES YES!!!
    The bad: I could've ordered a salad at the restaurant, I ordered wings. I ate all of them and they were soooo good.
    The ugly: Who DIDN'T have an ugly Superbowl?? Our buddy made gourmet pizzas fired on a stone in his grill. They just kept appearing over and over. I only ate pizza and cookies and drank beer and stayed away from the snacks though.

    Forgot to report my weight yesterday. 149.0, so down a bit, though really just back to where I was a few weeks ago.... Down, up, down, up, I see a pattern forming here!!
