Happy Monday Skinny Summer Bs. Just two more weeks to go! How'd everyone do this week?
SW: 165.6
CW:155.2
GW:140
Down .8 lbs this week so I didn't meet my goal of 1 lb this week, but I did meet a milestone of 10 lbs down total and I'm still nicely ahead of schedule to reach my goal weight.

WHOO HOO!!! Stoked about this weeks loss! I knew it was mostly water weight, but I have also changed my diet structure. I was following BMR and eating back only 1/2 my exercise calories, but now I'm following TDEE -20% and I am seeing great results (plus it is a little easier to follow since I don't need to know how many calories I actually burned.
Hope everyone is having a great day!!0 -
Down to 146 for a total of 8 pounds lost.
2 more to go to reach my first goal of 10 down.
The good - scale still going down
The bad - went to two parties and a wedding this weekend - was able to track everything but the wedding - food was random and buffet and passed food, etc. Would take a day to try to catalog it all but I took small portions of the healthiest stuff I could and did two servings of salad. But also did two servings of rice crispie treats off the dessert table and many beverages from the bar
The ugly - having to wear long sleeves at the gym because for the second time since September I have a mystery rash on my arms. NO idea what I'm allergic to and thanks to MFP I know I'm not eating anything out of the ordinary....UGH!! SO gross...0 -
Sorry for being a day late again. Yesterday was an insane day at work!
I really have perfected maintaining my current weight..... A little discouraging, but I'm trying to keep my chin up and keep going. I'm trying to make some food changes in my household that I'll greatly benefit from in the end. Slow & steady wins the race, right?
