Since this is our last time, to achieve anything experts say we need goals. Goals we can review and reworked until success is achieved.

Maybe we can do a weekly or daily check in that lists our specific goals so we can support and pray for your progress. Maybe we could check in weekly reviewing our week. Maybe we could track:

Did u encourage fellow group member?
Log food?
Exercise food?
Happy? A moment of happiness felt, a perception changed,spreading happiness?
Healthy? Healthy choices
Prayer

Along with our goals/personal review and challenges/ successes???
