My first week's weigh is 9 lbs. Always large the first week, esp coming off the holidays. But a good first week and encouragement to continue on. I feel I finally have my head on straight. How are the rest of you doing?

I've been on fitness pal for years but never reached out for support or friends. My weight has remained flat for the years I've been here and I'm ready to get serious. This looks like a great group.
