Progress Pics

I'm not ready yet, but I want to post progress pics at the end of each 30 days. Anyone else willing to do this? Knowing that I'm going to post at day 30 will keep me honest with my diet. :)

I will. I didn't take proper before pictures, but I'm sure I can cobble something together. I find it so difficult to take photos of myself - I can never get the angles right!

Sure thing. I got my before pics ready to go. On day 5 tonight, and already starting to see a difference. Down about a pound and a half since I started.

This stumped me at first but it turns out to be simple. Post your pics in an online photo album such as Flickr or anywhere online. Once it is posted, find the URL to that picture and copy it. For example, I have a pic of my workout calendar at:

    https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/-33FuyVs0Dpc/UsRa1yNhShI/AAAAAAAAAKg/RYdD5YCPEfI/w721-h624-no/January+Workouts.jpg

Next, enter the following with the pic's URL in the middle. Also, change the < to a [ and the > to a ].

     pic url

This will display your image in these forums. If you have any problems, please feel free to ask for more assistance.

It appears I am one of the farthest along, so it is making sense I will be the first to share. Not quite 30 days, but I look at it as four solid weeks of eating clean and busting my butt. No sodas since December 27th. No caffeine since the beginning of this week.

This is a little lazy, but I don't use Flickr or any of those other websites. The first picture and the last picture are the difference between two years- several rounds of P90X, and in the red sports bra, starting P90X3. Hoping that a daily workout instead of intermittent workouts will really take my fitness to the next level. I'd maintained a decent weight for about a year without working out, but I don't want to be "fat skinny" I just want to be in shape.

The red/blue sports bra comparison pics show a huge difference. keep up the fantastic work.

I know exactly what you mean about being "skinny fat"! My goal is to get rid of some fat, but maintain my size. I just want to reshape my body! I think you are doing a wonderful job! It's exciting to think about the changes that are coming right?

definitely exciting changes. I rock climb in the summer, which inevitably leads to pictures of my *kitten* hanging out over some rock in a harness. I'm looking forward to having a smaller butt in those pictures! LOL It just stands out so much. Not having the extra weight to lift will be helpful too.

Alright. I said I'd post. I couldn't figure out how to do it here, but here's the link. There is definitely not as much change as I'd like, but I see a little. I'm excited to see how the next 30 days goes.

Abs are really getting tighter, but you looked amazing to begin with .

I think your belly got flatter too, it doesn't seems to stick out that much.

I would agree the stomach appears to have flattened a bit.

The ab pic on my profile is 2 weeks in. I'll be honest, I have a long, narrow torso, so abs come easier to me. My arms will probably be tone next, but my legs haven't been slim since before puberty. I'll take what I can get. I don't have an online album, but I'll try to post updates in my profile pics.

I start Week 2 of Lean version tonight and I am noticing some results my handles are smaller, and chest is flatter and stomach is smaller. Just week two "officially" Getting stoked. Accelerated is beast though especially for a guy like me who hates cardio.
