 making a determined effort increase exercise and water intact.
 Ive made some good diet choices, planned on having a treat of low fat desert of merigue, fat free valinlla yourgurt with rasperies but have chosen not to have it so far.
 Ive started C25K. Took the family for a walk in the woods.
 And factored in two take-aways into my allowance.0

            Great day! 2 more lbs for a total of 4.5 in 9 days. I'm exercising and eating whole foods. No sugars or processed foods. Feel great and the pounds are coming off!
