    These ladies and their workouts are a lot of fun. A friend of mine had told me about them a while back and I've had good results with the workouts they have made. They also have a show on Bravo.

    I recently saw a commercial for dailyburn.com They are offering a free 30 day trial. It's normally $10 a month.

    I was just reading that side planks are great for toning abs. Much better than sit ups, which do not engage all the abdominal muscles.
