Okay, everybody, I want to hit my goals today!
Goals:

100 triceps dips: 25
50 push ups on the stairs: 20
5 planks: 1

I'm giving my shoulder a little rest today but I did get in a good hard 1/2 hour walk after a big fancy dinner. Tonight is the Jewish holiday of Tu B'Shvat, a celebration of the new year for the trees. If you look closely at a fruit tree, you'll likely be able to see new growth, which is surprising since it's the middle of winter. So tonight we celebrate with a fancy meal that includes lots of fruit, especially yummy dried fruit. I ate lots of dates stuffed with almonds.0 -
I think we need to get Hollis' recipe for lentil soup or something. She's gonna out do us all! She definitely Wants to WIN!!

Tomorrow, I think I'm going to try for 100 pushups on the stairs, too! But I might decide to wear a bike helmet for that.

Chani that sounds amazing! I just made a shiz ton of indian food the other night. Ground turkey, lentils, and chickpeas. That's the easiest way to put it.

Count me in for 14 minutes of burning my butt (glute exercises). Gotta fill them jeans, right MP! 50 squats included.
Here in Israel, the five main fruits are dates, pomegranates, figs, grapes, and olives.
MP, I make most of my food Indian style, as I'm addicted to coconut milk and curry spices! Yummm!0 -
