Tonight is the first meal I usually fall off of the wagon with. Who has a super simple low carb-high protein idea? Right now, I am thinking protein shake is all that I am up to cooking . . .

Sorry I don't really have any recipes.....Jennie-o turkey patty, and a southwest salad, the easier for me to cook the better.0

Go bachelor style. Buy a George Foreman grill. Nearly instant lean grilled meat, plus a green salad is a go to around my house.0

I'm just completing a 10 day cleanse. over the weekend I made some chili, I used ground turkey, kidney beans, a lot of veggies to bulk it up, it was yummy, the last few days I have been putting it over brown rice and it really feels me up with low calories. yummy!0

I know I am late to the game but I made Cajun 15 bean soup with chicken sausage. It comes in a bag in the dry beans section. I soak them overnight and brown the sausage with chopped onions in a pan. Then throw it all in the crock pot to cook for the day. Or if I am home working then I just cook it on the stove per the instructions.
I find bean soup is so easy and high protein you can really throw anything in them from veggies to meats depending on preference. Serve over rice, couscous or with just some garlic bread corn bread etc.
Then because it makes so much this week I am using the leftovers mixing it with ground turkey and marinara and making zuccini boats.
Like you I have a packed schedule. It helps that I work from home but every Friday I make a meal plan for the next week and go shopping Sunday or Monday and try to do carryovers so like if we are having quinoa I try to make sure we have it 2x and make the whole amount the first day so it's avail and ready for lunches and tr other dinner later in the week.
And no. I don't always stick to it. Sometimes I don't want to cook so we either go out or get takeout0 -
