    Oh what a day! Went to the coast and took a long walk on the beach. Warmer there than in the valley where I live. Cold, foggy and 30ish degrees at home. Sunshine, 60 degrees not a cloud in the sky, walking barefoot and just loving it. Needed the break.

    01/15 - 11.5 miles biking/walking
    01/16 - 5.0 miles walk on the beach

    Total: 120.5 miles

    You all have no idea how utterly ecstatic I am that we only have 2 in the Unmoved Pink and 7 in the Seriously Behind Tan sections! That's unprecedented. Now if we could just get some more of the Bluesies into the Festive Lime Green.....I think my head might explode with excitement! :bigsmile:

    I added 9.2 miles walking this afternoon and taking my first ever Spinning class this evening. I loved it! :smile: I'm not sure how often I'm going to do it. It's kinda pricey at the studio I went to tonight. I'll have to look into classes at my gym which are free, but I may not have any guarantees the class won't fill up.

    It was beautiful here today, but too dark to walk outside by the time I got home.

    I managed 2.63 miles yesterday...5.86 miles today and biked 13.0 miles...total 21.49

    Dave - If you're going to do spinning, do it as a class. The videos will only last so long before you are board and it's REALLY hard to keep going. By the way, I love the quote about when you know it's cold. :smile:
