I did The Challenge today. Great workout. I used pushup stands for the first time and found they really helped keep my wrists pain free.

    I took a rest day because I'll be jogging Saturday and Sunday...and doing the warrior one of those days as well...

    If you don't have push up bars and are experiencing wrist pain you can elevate stress/pain on the wrist by making a fist with your hands and doing the push ups on your fists (as if you were going to punch the floor). But the fist push up wont really let you get the depth the push up bars do...which is where it's at for a more full range of motion.
