OK so is it just me or has the YAYOG site changed?? I seem to be having trouble finding the calculater to break down the macros per meal... and wanted to confirm what I worked out on paper was close to what it would say there.... ANy idea where it went?? 
ALso.. while I am at it... is anyone else following the YAYOG workouts doing IIFYM??? Would love to hear how that is working out.... Im currently on week 9 of my first round of the 10 week guided workout program.. using the iphone 4s app......

The site did change. At the top of the page, click on Nutrition or follow this link:
