1/11-1/18 GW -2 lbs.=199.4
1/18/14 weight is 200.7
I didn't make my goal, but I lost a bit anyway. I'm really surprised I lost that much with all that's going on here. Some stress/emotional eating going on. I went way over my calories last night.
1/18/14-1/25/14 GW -2 lbs.=198.70 -
SW: 240 (At start of this group)
GW: 234 (At end of this month -- doing month by month goals)
CW: 236
UW: 175
I gained a couple pounds in the last couple days, but it is combination of water and muscle, because I feel so much better and I am burning more and more0 -

I dont do goals. I just do...I do fluctuate here and there but figure mainly water weight but at least Im not gaining over all thats all that matters0 -

I finally jumped over that plateau!!! I also reached my mini goal. My new mini goal is to weight less than 185 lbs.0 -
I keep on fluctuating every time I lose I go up a few most likely water weight cuz its not some huge gain but thinking what can I do to get back down again...thinking less carbs/sugar should help and getting back to "working out" not just house cleaning ect....Hoping thatll help0

Didn't lose the full pound and a half per my goal but finally getting below 144 so happy about that. All in all, a good week. Really stressful at work but I still got in some sort of workout/activity 6 of 7 days this week. Overall, a win0 -
I think I found my problem....might be too much sodium in my diet....I put it back in to track it and I seem to go over a few days last week0

I almost made the goal last week. Made it to 203.7, but now it's 206.1! I think it's just water weight and should go down after I flush all the sodium out.
