Hi All,

Do you have any recommendations for good quality protein powder here in the UK?

I'm struggling to get my protein up with my normal food intake.

    I'm a big fan of the protein powder from myprotein - go take a look at the stats, and see if it meets what you're looking for.

    Flavour wise, I think they are some of the best, and offer better value for money than a lot of the better known brands.

    I use Nutrisport 90+ vanilla flavour. It's 199kcals for 45g of protein and £53 ish on amazon

    My current one is from The Protein Works - Naked Whey Protein 80, tastes good, mixes well.
    It uses stevia as a sweetener, I hate the taste of sucralose and aspartame.

    One to avoid: Holland & Barrett banana flavour - but tastes more like iron filings flavour!

    I use impact whey from myprotein.co.uk. Mainly because it is relatively cheap, mixes well and tastes delicious.

    I can second Myprotein. Solid company and good products. Mixes fine in water for the calorie conscious etc.

    Another vote for My Protein, I use Impact Whey Protein.

    I use their E-Bay shop its cheaper.

    Hi

    I am a fan of Myprotein when I am using it to blend with frozen fruit and hazelnut milk in the summer

    When I want something quick PHD diet works for me as it mixes thick and tastes like a a McDonalds Milkshake

    If I am going to have something twice a day I need to enjoy drinking it

    Someone mentioned McDonald's milkshake - Impact Whey from myprotein in chocolate smooth flavour tastes JUST like one. Especially when mixed with milk. Mmmm.

    I use visalus protein after a workout...really good and no nasties in it
