Strength while on Phase 1

:flowerforyou: The Ideal Protein protocol is definitely a strict diet plan to follow. However it is definitely an effective diet & it is a safe diet for you body.
I am thankful that with this method of weight loss, my loss will be rapid making my goal weigh within sight in the near future!
That being said... The quickest way to reach your goal on this protocol is to stay disciplined for this short period of time.

Here are a few thoughts that help to keep me strong while I'm on Phase 1:
*This is a privilege, not a punishment!
*This is my choice, not a chore!
*Food is not my friend, get emotional support from people instead.
*The past is in the past, change begins now.
