    Keith is on top of the situation. No meat today. Just vegetables and fruit. Plenty water and real coconut water. Nice class today. Enjoying the day off and looking forward to a hard work out tomorrow. Thx Emilliee!

    How can I get a picture on the site?

    Go to the "My Home" page, and click on "profile"...then, click on "edit photos"...then, click on "upload photo". It may work best if you are using a desktop or laptop computer, rather than trying to do it on your phone.
