Hi I am new to the group, I had been "dabbling" in Paleo for a couple months, actually lost some weight, then went "off the wagon" and now have to loose 10 lb to get back where I was, which is still another 15 from my goal! I am 53 and cannot just jump into the whole crossfit thing, but am determined to be healthy and fit!

Welcome! I'm new, too, and look forward to sharing the journey. I just began trying Paleo, and so far, so good. I'm 47, and agree with you about not being able to jump into the crossfit lol...but appreciate any exercise tips and suggestions you may have!0

I have been paleo since Aug 2009 and have NEVER done crossfit. Walking is fine for exercise, especially if you are starting out.0
